So yes, I know, I've been a terrible blogger lately. Life has gotten out of control and I've dropped the ball on blogging.. certainly not on shooting, just on blogging... so I figure that a fun way to get back into the swing of the blog maintenance is to post a session of, wait for it.. a BOY! That's right folks, I do photograph male seniors as well. Certainly less often, as most of them really only do it for mom, but still, it happens now and then! So... here he is, my first male Senior for the class of 2015, Kannon.
I seriously LOVE Kannon's family. I first met the Casey crew back in 2012, when they came out from Kansas to Laguna Beach (something Kannon's family does every year) for vacation and I photographed Kannon's older sister, Kelsey (see her shoot here). Then last summer, I did family portraits, and now its Kannon's turn, and I'm told the youngest Casey, little Kara, will be next in 2 years time! SO much fun to have repeat clients and to get to know a family over the course of several years! Anyway, Kannon's shoot is so much fun. A cowboy boots wearing, vintage truck loving, people person, Kannon is! His mom and sisters told him that all he needed to do was "show up and look pretty", lol, and that's exactly what he did!
