I'm such a lucky woman. Seriously. I know way too many friends who've gotten married and have to fake nice with their mother in laws because for whatever reason, they can't stand being around them. This is SO not the case for me with mine. Anna is a doll, and such a fantastic Nonna to our baby girl... and man can the woman rock an Italian meal. In fact, I can say that of Fabio's entire family. They are the loudest, craziest, most awesome bunch of Italians you've ever met; inclusive, kind, thoughtful, and always there for you! It was Naomi (my sis in law, see her shoot here) who mentioned to me that Anna might enjoy having some photos done for mothers day this year. Since I just did a shoot with my mom (see my mamajos shoot here), it seemed appropriate that we should do one of Anna, especially with Belle while she's still little like this. Anna agreed to it on one condition, that Eliseo got to be in some of the photos, and that the baby came too, which of course I agreed to! I found out on the shoot that Anna and Eliseo have never had portraits done. Ever. Except at their wedding! Change friends.. its time. Regular portraits of our family is an absolute must!
I was overjoyed to photograph my family and to create some memories of this season. For me, photographs are probably the most important thing in my home, so what better way to say thank you for all you do and celebrate mothers day then with some beautiful photographs! Enjoy Mama Spinella!
