I've said it once, and I'll say it again: trifecta of awesomeness! I LOVE this location. I LOVE this beautiful Senior. I LOVE this light! It was a perfect day. Ashely looked amazing, I mean, she's one of those natural beauties so I've actually never seen her look less then gorgeous, but she just looked especially beautiful after styling with Bree at the Grand. Her request: somewhere with a sensational view; for me, a total win! No problem! I feel so blessed to live in one of the most insanely beautiful areas of the world. I mean.. I shop in crystal cove sometimes, and I'm always wow'd that a strip mall has such a fabulous unobstructed view of the coast every time I'm there. I mean, I look out the window of Banana Republic or Williams-Sonoma and think.. for real?!! I feel so spoiled! I've always wanted to explore the Crystal Cove woodlands area (The State Beach), and have done many a hike a few miles down the road on the inland side of El Moro, so when a girlfriend of mine took some instagram photos of Crystal Cove's fabulous rocks I immediately harassed her with text messages asking where she was because I knew it was the perfect spot for Ashley's Senior photo shoot. Turns out Crystal Cove is a special spot for her too, so that made it even better!
We started out in the wooded areas playing and swirling and loving the gorgeous weather, but nothing could keep this girl from heading to the beach ASAP. I saved the water for her last look so that Ashley could get wet if she wanted and when we arrived at the waters edge, after quite the hike, I was in absolute awe of the location and Ashely was SO ready. I have to say that Crystal Cove is probably the most fantastic rocky-beach in the area. Absolutely, stop your heart, out of breath at God's insanely gorgeous creation location type of spot. Ashley was the perfect girl for it. She was willing to try absolutely anything I asked of her, rolling around in the water and the sand, no problem! Climb barefooted to the top of that rock over there, you bet! LOVE! I can't even wait for you all to see these! ENJOY!!
Major thanks to my lovely intern, Katy! You killed it!!!
