Whittier Senior Shoot, Corinne, c/o 2013

Corinne is one of those girls who can wear absolutely no make up, a simple t-shirt and jeans, and have wet hair and she still looks insanely beautiful. And then you put a little glam into her look (thanks Bree!!) and, dare I say, magic? I mean, this shoot was absolutely insane. Yes, Corinne models. Yes. Yes she does. I can't wait to say that I photographed her when she was in high school. I mean.. people.. think Next Top Model, Revlon, magazine covers, etc etc. She's going places.

Corrine and I have been talking about her Senior photoshoot since 2010. Seriously. Its been in the planning stages forever, and then when Corrine did come in for her consult and suggested a more vintage wardrobe idea complete with birdcage veil, I knew hers would be a shoot never to be forgotten. Several texts and photo texts later while shopping at several vintage stores, some location planning and scouting, and a styling trip to Bree, and we found ourselves at a retro Whittier bowling alley, amongst other locations, in gorgeous light but 98 degree (not joking) weather. Seriously, she's not human? Corrine didn't even break a sweat in that crazy heat. She just posed and moved and I kept jumping up and down and saying "I die" every few minutes, seeing what I was seeing through my lens.

We did lots of drive by shootings.. you know.. see a scene, pop out and shoot, and then jump back in the air conditioning.. We played all around uptown Whittier, were slightly stocked, and then later joined by Corrine's family dog. The shoot was a blast. Corrine looked insane and was an incredible subject. I was absolutely thrilled with her shoot.. and bonus.. they loved it too!! Double win!

Corrine, every blessing this year. And girl.. you have so much potential. I cannot wait to see where life takes you!!
